We are looking for a professional individual to ensure the smooth, timely and efficient administration of the Business Resource Centre. The Business Resource Centre delivers a proficient administrative service to several departments including YMCA day camps, YMCA childcare, Housing and residential Care as well as members of the public.
You will be a friendly person with excellent communication skills, providing a professional and welcoming service to both our internal and external customers. You will have experience in data management, making and receiving calls, photocopying, dealing with enquiries, booking appointments, taking messages, filing, taking payments and invoicing.
The ideal candidate will have sufficient administrative experience, be computer literate (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Access), and be able to demonstrate accurate data management. Organisation is key to this role, as tour work will be fast paced and varied. As well as handling day-to-day correspondence, you will also train and support colleagues, temporary workers, apprentices, and trainees to ensure their proficiency in administrative duties.
