We are looking for an enthusiastic, capable, and organised individual to help us to launch a new on-line recruitment system and create dynamic recruitment workforce strategies for the future of our organisation.
As part of the HR team, you will work with managers to assist with shortlisting and interviewing, designing and implementing recruitment exercises, on-boarding and ensuring vetting processes are in place for all our departments. You will work with managers to devise recruitment strategies for workforce development and be a major player in the implementation and embedding of our new on-line recruitment system.
You will have a fantastic working knowledge of traditional and on-line recruitment processes and must have previous experience of on line applicant tracking / recruitment systems. You will work to improve the welcome process for new starters, and ensure that all staff receive a proper induction. Working with the Marketing and Communications team, you will develop hard copy and social media recruitment materials and make sure we are on brand throughout the entire recruitment process.
Your professional and reliable attitude will be key to the success of this role. You will be a confident individual with fantastic communication skills, training Managers in selection methods and skills. You will be someone who works well in a team and can adapt to new environments quickly. You will be able to support and mentor staff, and uphold our Core Values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility.
