YMCA premium one training

Our specialist fitness programme combines coaching, insight, and support to give you the best and most effective gym experience. premium one is designed by Fitness Specialists to best suit you and your unique abilities, offering guidance every step of the way.

Our community of like minded people love working out together in our small group training sessions. We push ourselves and support each other.

Small group training

Small group training sessions combine the attention of a personal training session with an unrivalled team atmosphere. Our programme combines varied functional movements, like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting and running. You will not be stuck on a machine doing endless running or boring reps on a bicep curl machine. Instead, you will use kettle bells, barbells, medicine balls, skipping ropes, you will run, jump, lift and throw things. You will try things you've never tried before and get better at things you already do.

Who is premium one for?

premium one is for anyone who wants to be the best they can be. We will help you become the healthier, stronger, faster and fitter.
Each workout is completely scalable. This means that current ability is not important. Every member can complete the same workout with slight changes so that everyone gets the most out of the programme.
