Nottinghamshire YMCA are proud supporters of Get Out Get Active.
Our experienced coach Lazaros will assist first timers to achieve their first 5K and experienced runners to improve their technique, speed and time.
Turn up in suitable running clothes with bottled water, energy and determination and Lazaros will do the rest!
Programme includes 12 training sessions starting on the 12th of September - 28th of November.
