The Role
Due to our exciting expansion programme of our Children’s Residential care provisions, we are now recruiting for a number of key roles that will be based across our children’s homes in Nottingham, Newark, Goole and Selby.
Ofsted regulated, YMCA Robin Hood Group is committed to delivering a homely, professional and caring environment to children and young people in need. Our Christian Core Values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility are at the core of all that we do. If you would like to work for an organisation that genuinely cares about its employees, offers an excellent benefits package, believes in training and development and enables staff to be the best they can be, then we would love to hear from you.
Working with the Assistant Manager and Registered Manager you will support the operational delivery of the care home.
Acting as the first point of contact for Residential Social Care Workers, you will establish positive working relationships with the children and young people whilst supporting the administration and function of the home.
Experience of working with children and young people is essential, as is the ability to be organised and work under pressure. Good communication and organisational skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will already hold a Diploma Level 3 in Children and Young people or equivalent whilst working in a similar field.
This post is subject to a DBS check at an Enhanced level and registration to the Update Service, (which we will pay for).
