Nottinghamshire YMCA is looking to recruit casual Member Advisors to ensure the smooth, timely and efficient administration of the health and fitness provisions.
The successful candidates will be based at our Gym on Shakespeare Street in Nottingham city centre and will work alongside the health and fitness team, employed in a busy customer focused environment.
The successful candidate will be expected to perform receptionist and administrative duties which include making telephone calls, meeting and greeting customers, photocopying, dealing with enquiries, booking appointments, taking messages, filling, cash handling and ordering stationary and stock items.
The successful candidates must be approachable, professional in their approach, highly organised and have the ability to work quickly with a high degree of accuracy.
